No. Booking direct with us avoids the guest service fees the major listing platforms typically charge (roughly 9–15.5%). You book the same homes without the added platform markup.

Most of our homes check in at 4:00 PM and check out at 10:00 AM, with the exact times confirmed in your booking. Every home offers self check-in by smart lock, and your unique access code arrives before you arrive.

Our homes are not pet-friendly by default. Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance, due to allergy and cleaning considerations, and an unapproved pet may incur an additional cleaning fee. Please ask us before you book if you would like to bring a pet.

Yes. Every home includes free on-site parking, either a driveway or off-street parking, and the Luxury Beach Retreat fits up to four vehicles. Street parking is generally not permitted, so please park on the property.

The Luxury Beach Retreat in Destin has a private pool: use is at your own risk, children must be supervised at all times, and no glass is allowed in or around the pool. Optional pool heating is available for a fee with advance notice. Our Colorado Springs homes do not have pools, though some have a hot tub.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

A simple rental agreement is required at booking, and we strongly recommend travel insurance. Cancellation terms depend on your dates and the home, so they are shown during booking. Contact our 24/7 team if you need the specifics before you reserve.

No. Smoking, vaping, and cannabis are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, at any of our homes.

Only one exterior doorbell camera at the front entrance, for the security of you and the home. There are never any cameras inside any of our homes.

The Luxury Beach Retreat in Destin is a top family pick, with a private pool, a game room, and a five-minute walk to the sand (sleeps 13). In Colorado Springs, the Buena Ventura Playhouse has a downstairs arcade, a putting green, and a fenced yard backing onto park trails (sleeps 9).
