Boutique Stays 24/7 (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates boutiquestays247.com. This page describes what information is collected when you visit the site and how it is used. We keep it honest: we describe what actually happens, not a template.
1. Booking: Hospitable
Direct bookings are processed through Hospitable, an independent property-management platform. When you submit a booking request or payment, that information is sent directly to Hospitable and governed by their privacy policy. We receive the booking details (name, contact, dates, property) necessary to manage your stay. We do not store payment card data ourselves.
2. Error monitoring: Sentry
We use Sentry to capture JavaScript errors that occur in your browser. When an error happens, Sentry sends a report containing the error message, stack trace, browser version, and the URL you were visiting. No session replay is enabled, we do not record video-like replays of your browsing session. Error reports are used only to fix bugs.
3. Analytics & performance: Vercel
We use Vercel Speed Insights and Vercel Analytics to measure page performance and understand aggregate traffic. These tools collect anonymous data:
- Core Web Vitals (loading time, interactivity, layout shift)
- Page views and referrer (aggregated, not tied to individuals)
- Browser and device type
No personally identifiable information is collected by Vercel Analytics. No cookies are used for tracking or advertising purposes.
4. No sale of personal data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Third-party links
Our site may link to external services (Hospitable, Google Maps, etc.). Once you leave boutiquestays247.com, this privacy policy no longer applies. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
6. Data retention
Error data in Sentry is retained according to Sentry’s default retention policy (90 days). Booking data is retained by Hospitable per their policy and by us for as long as necessary to manage your reservation and comply with legal obligations.
